Experienced real estate professional Simo Hännikäinen will start at Aktiivitilat at the beginning of March. Simo will strengthen our property management team.
Our investment company Suomen Hallikiinteistöt Ky, launched a year ago and focused on warehouse and light industrial properties, has grown at such a pace that we felt the time was right to expand our asset management team.
Master of Science in Real Estate Economics Simo Hännikäinen has had a long career in JLL’s valuation unit. In addition to an amazing personality, Simo brings to Aktiivitilat a strong overall understanding of the Finnish real estate sector and an excellent understanding of value creation through property management.
“I felt that now is the right time to do something new in the real estate sector, and open position at Aktiivitilat came at exactly the right moment. Aktiivitilat as a company and the employees as people are mostly already familiar to me, so I’m looking forward to starting this new role,” says Hännikäinen.
