Track record second to none

First JV with NREP started in 2019 focusing on light industrial properties in Helsinki and Tampere regions.

Within 5 years the Aktiivitilat team purchased 22 assets with 133.000 sqm of leasable premises and more than 80 tenants, did 22 lease renewals and 45 new leases totalling 7.5 million euros of annual rental income, renovated with 5 million focusing mostly energy renovations enhancing ESG compatibility and increased NOI of portfolio with 33,3 %.

Profitable exit with +20 % IRR in 2024 was clearly not the result of heated investment market or low yields – it was done on the field: buying right assets, leasing and renovating on target.

Our second light industrial JV with NREP is now focusing on enlargement of an existing asset.

Third JV has started in January 2025 with Keva (Finnish Public Sector Pension Provider) and has some 240 million euro purchasing power in light industrial segment in Finland. First acquisitions are done according to the business plan and portfolio grows rapidly.
