Aktiivitilat has acquired the Petikontie 5 property in Vantaa. The property is located in an excellent position along Ring III and has exceptionally good visibility and accessibility.
The building is highly suitable for both warehouse and retail use, and its large yard area together with direct visibility to Ring III make the property attractive to users.
The property became vacant from its previous user in spring 2025, after which it was immediately leased almost completely full.

With this transaction, worth just over 5 million euros and covering slightly more than 3,300 square meters, Aktiivitilat continues to increase its share of the industrial property market in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The Suomen Hallikiinteistöt portfolio, launched in January, now includes six properties, more than 32,000 square meters of leasable space, and a value exceeding 33 million euros.
