Young and promising Joonas Rouvinen has started at Aktiivitilat. Joonas is currently working on his master’s thesis and will begin full-time work after the summer holidays.
Bachelor of Science (Technology) Joonas Rouvinen is finalizing his Real Estate Economics studies at Aalto University. He is currently preparing his master’s thesis, which examines the impact of technical characteristics and investments in industrial properties on property maintenance costs. Alongside his thesis work, Joonas is working part-time at Aktiivitilat during the spring, assisting with cash flow models, investment analyses, and market data collection, among other tasks.
After the summer holidays, Joonas will begin full-time in our property management team.
