Real-estate professional Arttu Ikäläinen has been invited to join Aktiivitilat as a partner, tasked with developing new client relationships and investment ideas and with broadening the company’s operations.
Aktiivitilat has focused on light-industrial properties for the past six years. Now, newly appointed partner Arttu Ikäläinen will take on the challenge of expanding the strategy into additional real-estate segments.
Ikäläinen brings a successful career at a real-estate advisory firm across both transactions and leasing, preceded by extensive experience in international finance leadership at a global corporation.
“I have followed Aktiivitilat’s growth story with great interest — the company moves fast and gets things done. It’s fantastic to join the team in such a responsible role,” says Ikäläinen.

Aktiivitilat CEO Jukka Torvinen believes the timing is right for expansion.

In addition to Arttu, business-school graduate Emil Miettinen joined Aktiivitilat as an analyst at the beginning of April. Miettinen will add fire-power to investment analysis and will assist in both light-industrial acquisitions and new projects.
