As its portfolio grows, Aktiivitilat has strengthened its team. The newest member is M.Sc. (Tech.) Anna Lievonen, who started in January.
Anna brings with her solid expertise in asset management and leasing. She holds a master’s degree in real-estate economics from Aalto University.
Her background is in consultancy. At JLL, she worked for over six years on leasing and tenant representation, helping both domestic and global companies find solutions for their space needs. During those years, she also worked closely with Aktiivitilat’s Jukka and Tapani.
In 2021, Anna took a different perspective on the logistics real estate market while working as Head of Real Estate for DHL in Finland and the Baltics.
“Industrial properties themselves are familiar territory, but the investment company angle is new to me — making this a really interesting challenge,” Anna says.
