Aktiivitilat makes a major investment into Koivuhaka

Aktiivitilat has acquired the Ohtolankatu 2–6 property in Koivuhaka, Vantaa. The property is also known as Vantaa AutoAirport. The more than 7-hectare plot contains three modern buildings serving the car trade. The location in an excellent position along Tuusulanväylä highway near the Ring III intersection guarantees outstanding visibility and accessibility.

The buildings are highly suitable for retail use, and the property’s extensive yard area together with direct visibility to Tuusulanväylä highway make the site attractive to users.

“Good tenants, good cash flow and a commercially established property are an excellent addition to our portfolio,” states Aktiivitilat CEO and partner Jukka Torvinen.

“An excellent location, versatile premises and an exceptionally large plot will preserve the value of the investment property even in the long term,” says Torvinen.

The seller, OP-Vuokratuotto special investment fund, is pleased with the completed transaction.

“Over the past months we have renewed the property’s lease agreements and successfully developed the site,” says portfolio manager Antero Tenhunen.

“The successful leasing of the site and the recovery of the real estate market provide us with a good moment to divest this ownership,” says Tenhunen.

The leasable area of the buildings totals approximately 18 000 m². The anchor tenants are Metroauto, Ayvens and K-Auto.

The Suomen Hallikiinteistöt portfolio, launched in January 2025, now includes seven properties, more than 50,000 m² of leasable area and assets worth more than 60 million euros.
