Aktiivitilat’s second transaction at the turn of the month was made in the Ahjo area of Kerava, where the Terästie 13 logistics property was added to the investment portfolio.
Aktiivitilat’s second transaction at the turn of this month targeted the Ahjo area of Kerava. The seller was DEAS Property Fund Finland I Ky.
Terästie 13, located in the established industrial area of Ahjo, is an approximately 4 774 m² industrial property leased to four users.
“This is a multi-purpose industrial property that, with its 6–8 meter free height and loading docks, is extremely suitable for both logistics and production,” says Aktiivitilat investment director and partner Tapani Piri.
“We value and seek properties that combine a good location with the greatest possible flexibility and multi-purpose usability of the premises.”
DEAS Property Fund Finland I Ky made a successful exit from the fully leased property.
“The real estate market is gradually beginning to recover, so portfolio rotation and optimization are timely for us,” states Fund Manager Pekka Riikonen.
“This was a straightforward and very rapidly executed transaction in which experienced parties and good advisors enabled a good result for everyone involved.”
